Standard shipping: The estimated delivery time range is 5 to 7 business days.

If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us through our customer support. We will verify the situation with the shipping company and try our best to resolve the problem.

7. Lost or damaged package

If your package is lost during transportation or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and provide relevant proof (such as photos). We will provide you with a refund or re-shipping service after verification.

8. Change Address
